HELP Education Group oversees two prominent higher education institutions: HELP University and HELP Academy.

Originally founded as HELP Institute in 1986, the institution was granted University College status by the Ministry of Higher Education in 2004, enabling it to award its own degrees. As part of this transition, HELP Academy was established, inheriting the foreign and twinning programmes previously offered by HELP University College.

In 2011, HELP achieved full university status, solidifying its position in the higher education landscape. HELP University is renowned for pioneering foreign 'twinning' programmes in Malaysia and has received numerous accolades for academic excellence.

HELP University offers a diverse range of pre-university, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmes across notable faculties including Business, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Law, Government, Communication, Computing, Digital Technologies, and Education & Languages.

Both HELP University and HELP Academy operate from their main campuses in Subang Bestari Green Campus and Damansara Heights City Campus.
